Baja Retreat

I was responsible for the full rebrand and digital experience of Baja Retreat — a boutique luxury hotel located in Baja California.

The project involved a deep dive into user behavior and guest expectations. The result was a brand system that balances calm, coastal luxury with clean design thinking. I led the UX research, brand strategy, and digital design process from start to finish.
